Warning discipline for a Principal in Tuyen Quang for allowing many violations to occur
On June 11, the People's Committee of Hoang Su Phi commune, Tuyen Quang province informed that recently the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee announced a decision to discipline the Party Committee of Ngam Dang Vai Kindergarten and discipline Ms. Tran Thi Thanh - Secretary of the Party Cell, Principal of Ngam Dang Vai Kindergarten with the form of Warning.
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh was disciplined for: Not fully fulfilling the responsibilities of the head; Not strictly implementing the working regulations and Party cell living regime; Not ensuring the principle of democratic centralism, especially in financial and budget management; Lax financial management, leading to violations that must be rectified according to the conclusions of functional agencies.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Hoang Su Phi commune also disciplined Ms. Vu Thi Nhai - Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Vice Principal of Ngam Dang Vai Kindergarten with the form of Reprimand because Ms. Nhai had the following violations:
Lack of responsibility in leading, directing, inspecting and urging the assigned areas; Not performing well the role of advising and assisting the head; Not doing well in inspecting and supervising assigned tasks; Not proactively detecting and advising on overcoming limitations and violations that have been pointed out by functional agencies.
Head of department in Phu Tho disciplined, loses position for playing golf during working hours
On June 10, according to information from the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment, in the past time, the department's leaders have received denunciations related to Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh - Head of the Mineral Department, playing golf during office hours.
The inspection results showed that on February 2nd and April 3rd, 2026, Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh left the office during his working time to participate in playing golf. Mr. Dinh was present at Van Lang Empire golf course at 4:04 PM on April 2nd and at Tam Dao golf course at 4:29 PM on April 3rd.
According to functional agencies, Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh leaving the agency to play golf during office hours has violated Party regulations on exemplary responsibility, regulations for cadres and civil servants as well as internal regulations of the agency.
Based on the inspection results, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Phu Tho province has considered and handled according to regulations.
The Inspection Committee of the Department Party Committee decided to discipline Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh in the form of reprimand according to Decision No. 06-QD/UBKTDU dated May 8, 2026.
Following that, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Phu Tho province issued Decision No. 771/QD-SNN&MT dated May 13, 2026 on disciplinary reprimand for Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh according to the provisions of law on cadres and civil servants.
Along with the disciplinary form, leaders of the Phu Tho Provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment agreed to let Mr. Nguyen Khac Dinh resign from the position of Head of the Mineral Department. Mr. Dinh was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Sub-Department of Environmental Protection and Climate Change, a unit directly under the Department.
