Dak Lak approves a series of important resolutions for the 2026-2030 period

Dak Lak - The Provincial People's Council has passed many important resolutions for the locality to develop sustainably in the period 2026 - 2030.

On August 6, the 11th Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, term 2026-2031, held the second thematic session, adopting important resolutions to concretize the province's development policies after arranging administrative units, creating a foundation for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in the 2026-2030 period.

Among the resolutions just passed by the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, noteworthy is the Resolution on the Plan for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security of Dak Lak province for the period 2026-2030.

To realize the goals, the resolution sets out 9 groups of key tasks and solutions, such as reorganizing the development space according to 3 economic regions and 3 economic corridors; prioritizing investment in transportation infrastructure, logistics and digital infrastructure; promoting deep processing industry, ecological agriculture, high technology, developing marine economy, tourism and e-commerce.

In addition, the province will focus on developing high-quality human resources, promoting innovation, improving people's lives associated with environmental protection, adapting to climate change and ensuring national defense and security.

Along with the Resolution on the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security of Dak Lak province in the period 2026-2030, the Provincial People's Council also passed resolutions on establishing a delegation to supervise the arrangement of the organizational structure; regulations on allowances for non-specialized workers in villages and residential groups; decisions on staffing for 2026; policies to support students in border areas; allocation of resources to implement national target programs; list of land recovery projects; planning of TOD areas and mechanisms to support social housing development.

Speaking at the closing of the session, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa An, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of Dak Lak Provincial People's Council, emphasized that the most important thing after the session is to effectively organize the implementation of the resolutions that have just been passed, without any delay from decision to action.

Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee needs to urgently concretize the resolutions into programs and plans, clearly defining the responsibilities of each sector and each locality. Things that are clear and meet the conditions should be implemented immediately, without waiting or pushing.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Council will strengthen supervision and accompany the Provincial People's Committee so that the resolutions can soon come into life, creating a foundation for successfully implementing the province's development goals in the 2026-2030 period.
