On the afternoon of July 7, the Standing Committee of the City People's Committee Party Committee held a conference to announce Decisions on the organization and staffing.
Attending the conference were members of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hai Phong City National Assembly Delegation Le Tien Chau; Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies Do Manh Hien; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee, Secretary of the City People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council Le Van Hieu.
The conference announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on appointing the Party Executive Committee of the City People's Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, consisting of 27 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, consisting of 9 comrades. Mr. Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the City People's Committee Party Committee; Mr. Le Anh Quan, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Mr. Pham Ngoc Duong, member of the City Party Committee and Ms. Vu Thi Ha to hold the position of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has also appointed the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the City People's Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term, consisting of 7 comrades.
The City People's Committee Party Committee announced the decision to establish 54 affiliated grassroots Party organizations (including 47 Party committees, 7 Party cells) with 19,994 Party members; announced the decision to establish 4 advisory agencies to assist the Party Committee, including: Organization Committee; Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Inspection Committee; Party Committee Office and appointment of specialized and advisory staff to assist the Party Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee, Secretary of the City People's Committee Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau requested the Party Committee Secretaries, members of the Executive Committee, Standing Committees of the newly established Party cells and Party Committees to receive and seriously implement the Central Executive Committee's Regulations on the responsibility of setting an example for cadres and Party members; at the same time, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the regulations of the City Party Committee Standing Committee on the responsibility of setting an example for members of the Party Committee, members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Standing Committees of the Party Committee and key cadres at all levels.
Mr. Le Ngoc Chau also requested to focus on developing and promulgating the Working Regulations of the Party Committee and the Party Committee Inspection Committee; directing affiliated Party organizations to urgently develop working regulations in accordance with the functions, tasks and specific characteristics of each agency and unit, to be completed before July 10, 2025. Along with that, urgently arrange and consolidate the Party cells, Party cells and affiliated departments, ensuring suitability and synchronization with the internal organizational structure, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation...
Immediately after the Conference to announce the decisions, the City People's Committee Party Committee held the first Conference of the City People's Committee Party Executive Committee under the direction of the Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee, Secretary of the City People's Committee Party Committee Le Ngoc Chau. The delegates discussed and agreed to approve 6 important contents including: Working regulations of the Party Committee; Working regulations of the Inspection Committee; Assigning tasks in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee; Regulations on the functions and powers of advisory and supporting agencies; Work program of the Party Committee; Inspection and supervision program.
