2. In Decision No. 1256/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Vo Tan Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term to hold the position of Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee (new) for the 2021 - 2026 term.

4. In Decision No. 1260/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term to hold the position of Chairman of the Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee (new) for the 2021 - 2026 term.
5. In Decision No. 1261/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Ho Van Mung, Deputy Secretary of the An Giang Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term to hold the position of Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee (new) for the 2021 - 2026 term.

23. In Decision No. 1299/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020 - 2025 term to hold the position of Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee (new) for the 2021 - 2026 term.

In addition, in Decision No. 1259/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province for the 2021 - 2026 term for Mr. Le Hai Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term. This decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (June 24, 2025).
In Decision No. 1257/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the dismissal of Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh from the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province for the 2021 - 2026 term to retire early. This decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (June 24, 2025).
