Mr. Do Duc Minh - Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Bai City (old) - holds the position of Director of the Department of Finance of Lao Cai province.
Mr. Tran Ngoc Luan - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Yen Bai province (old) - holds the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Lao Cai province.
Mr. Nguyen Van Trong - Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Yen Bai province (old) - holds the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Lao Cai province.
