On March 18, information from the Government Inspectorate said that this agency has just sent a document to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government; People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities.
The document stated that in order to prepare for the preparation of reports on the results of inspection work, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement and corruption and negativity prevention and control in the first quarter of 2025 to serve the Government meeting in March 2025, the Government Inspectorate General requested ministries, ministerial-level agencies and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities to report the results of inspection work, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement and corruption and negativity prevention and control in the first quarter of 2025.
In addition to the reporting content as prescribed in Circular No. 01/2024/TT-TTCP of the Government Inspectorate, it is recommended to report and supplement the following contents:
The implementation of the Resolutions of the Party, National Assembly, Government and the direction of the Prime Minister and the Government Inspectorate in inspection work, citizen reception, complaint and denunciation settlement and corruption prevention and control.
The implementation of the Inspection Program Orientation and Inspection Plan for 2025.
Update the situation and results of reviewing and resolving pending, complicated, prolonged complaints and denunciations, and crowded incidents to the Central Government until the time of reporting.
The report must be sent to the Government Inspectorate before March 20, 2025.
In February, units, departments and branches under the Government Inspectorate issued inspection conclusions for 2 inspections; completed preparations to issue inspection conclusions for 6 inspections.
Also this month, the central citizen reception headquarters received 208 visits with 318 citizens coming to present 205 cases. The total number of petitions to be processed is 1,080 petitions, 958 petitions have been classified and processed, and 122 petitions are being processed.
