Both tried to contact the driver in many ways such as transferring money to the bank with messages, applying support technology... but could not contact the driver.
Therefore, Ms. V.T.L posted an article on social media saying that she had transferred the money by mistake, asking someone who knew the driver to contact her to help resolve the matter, if she could not contact her, she would report it to the authorities.
After that, on the afternoon of March 19, the two sides met to discuss, but had not yet reached a consensus to resolve the incident. The technology driver stated the reason that when he returned to his home in Dong Nai, he turned off his phone, leading to the money transferors and the technology application being unable to contact him. On March 20, the two sides had arranged to meet on March 25 to resolve the incident.
