Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Home Affairs conducts public consultation on individuals proposed for consideration of awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter".
The Central Emulation and Reward Committee received Document No. 2702/TTr-BQP dated July 14, 2024 of the Ministry of National Defense submitted to the Prime Minister for consideration and awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter" to 3 individuals:
1. Colonel Vuong Chi Toai, Director of Factory Z183, General Department of Defense Industry, Ministry of National Defense.
2. Professional Military Major Nguyen Thi Kim Oanh, Head Nurse, Department of Internal Medicine 10, Military Hospital 211, Logistics Department, Corps 3, Ministry of National Defense.
3. Colonel Bui Quoc Huy, Director of the Southern Northeast Coal Trading Company, Northeast Corporation, Ministry of National Defense.
To have a basis before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Central Emulation and Reward Council, the Central Emulation and Reward Council issued Official Dispatch No. 1947 requesting the Ministry of Home Affairs to collect public opinions within 10 working days regarding the above 3 individuals.
The Ministry of Home Affairs said that people's opinions on awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter" to the above 3 individuals should be sent to the Ministry of Home Affairs Information Center, address: No. 8 Ton That Thuyet Street, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi or the Central Emulation and Reward Board, address: No. 103 Quan Thanh, Ba Dinh, Hanoi.
