On November 5, according to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, pursuant to Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation, the Ministry of Public Security organized a public consultation on the consideration of commendation for the following individuals:
Consider awarding the title "National Emulation Fighter" to Colonel Nguyen Quoc Vuong, Head of General Staff Department, Department of Organization and Personnel.
