In particular, the Party Committee of the Central Party Office needs to continue to thoroughly grasp, lead, and effectively direct the implementation of General Secretary To Lam's instructions and orientations to the Central Party Office.
Continue to strongly innovate, further enhance proactiveness, creativity and positivity in advising the Politburo, the Secretariat, key leaders, leaders and directors of major aspects of the country's work, promptly resolving unexpected and arising problems.

The Standing Secretariat notes strengthening leadership and direction to improve the quality of cadres and party members on par with the tasks.
