Specifically, receiving and appointing Mr. Pham Hong Phong - Vice Principal of the Provincial Political School to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.
Appointing Mr. Trinh Van Hien - Head of the Economic Department (People's Committee Office of the province) to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial People's Committee. Both decisions have a term of appointment of 5 years.
