Transferring the function of site clearance and land fund development to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the Project Management Board and Land Fund Development Board of communes and the General Service Center (for communes not establishing Project Management Boards and Land Fund Development Boards).
Transferring Mr. Le Quang Dao - Acting Director of Project Management Board and Land Fund Development Area 3 to work at the Provincial Traffic Works Project Management Board, appointing him to the position of Deputy Director, term of 5 years.
Transferring Mr. Ngo Cuong Quyet - Acting Director of Project Management Board and Land Fund Development Area 1 to work at the Provincial Traffic Works Project Management Board, appointing him to the position of Deputy Director, term of 5 years.
Transfer Mr. Chu Dinh Hung - Acting Director of Project Management Board and Land Fund Development Area 2 to work at the Provincial Civil and Industrial Works Project Management Board, appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director, term of 5 years.
Transferring Mr. Le Hong Thang - Acting Director of Project Management Board and Land Fund Development Area 5 to work at the Provincial Civil and Industrial Works Project Management Board, appointing him to the position of Deputy Director, term of 5 years.
Transferring Mr. Le Hong Nam - Director of Project Management and Land Fund Development Board Region 4 to work at the Department of Construction, holding the position of Deputy Director, term of 5 years.
Transferring Mr. Tran Huy Hoang - Deputy Director of Project Management Board and Land Fund Development Area 2 to receive tasks at the Project Management Board and Land Fund Development Board of Muong Thanh ward.
The above decisions take effect from April 15, 2026.
