According to Lao Dong's investigation, Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has issued Decision No. 100 on assigning work to the Chairman, Vice Chairmen and Members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

Mr. Le Van Luong - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will lead and comprehensively manage all activities of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly directs and manages the sectors: Inspectorate, Finance, Construction, Home Affairs, Provincial Police, Provincial Military Command. At the same time, he is also directly in charge of administrative reform, planning and units such as the Treasury, Taxation, Customs, and Statistics.

Mr. Le Van Luong directly acts as a focal point and maintains working relationships with central agencies, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, provincial socio-political organizations, provincial-level judicial agencies, and the Provincial Business Association.

Regarding the Steering Committees, Mr. Luong directly served as Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation and Project 06, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council.

Regarding the area in charge, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly monitors Dien Bien Phu ward, Muong Thanh ward and Thanh Nua commune.

Mr. Lo Van Cuong - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on behalf of the Chairman, directs the activities of the Provincial People's Committee when the Chairman is absent.

Directly responsible areas include: Agriculture and Environment; Industry and Trade; Banking and the Construction sector (including investment activities, urban development, technical infrastructure, housing, real estate...).

He is also responsible for managing state-owned enterprises holding 100% of capital or controlling shares. Mr. Cuong also monitors communes such as: Tua Chua, Sinh Phinh, Sin Chai, Sang Nhe, Tua Thang.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Phu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is directly assigned to direct and monitor the sectors: Health; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ethnic Minorities and Religions; Justice and Civil Judgment Enforcement.

In addition, Mr. Phu monitors Muong Lay wards and Muong Tung commune.

Mr. Nguyen Van Doat - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in charge of the fields of: Education and Training; Science and Technology; Foreign Affairs; public non-business units directly under the Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Doat was also assigned to coordinate the monitoring of educational institutions such as: Thai Nguyen University Branch in the province, FPT Educational Complex in the province and Provincial Social Insurance. The area assigned to monitor includes Nam Ke and Quang Lam communes.
