On the morning of October 1, at the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Hall, the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, officially closed after 3 days of serious and responsible work.The Congress completed the entire proposed program with high consensus.
The Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress sets out 18 main groups of targets, 8 key tasks, 3 strategic breakthroughs and 4 groups of solutions for the period 2025 - 2030.
On the last working day, the Congress listened to and discussed many important contents.Ms. Dinh Thi Thu Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, on behalf of the Presidium, presented a report summarizing comments on the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
Next, Mr. Do Huu Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, reported his opinions on the draft documents submitted to the 1st Provincial Party Congress.
The Congress also heard Ms. Huynh Thi Chien Hoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, announce the Central Committee's Decision appointing the Dak Lak Provincial Delegation to attend the 14th National Party Congress, including 35 official delegates and 3 absent delegates.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vien, Member of the Standing Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, Head of the Secretariat, presented the draft Resolution of the Congress.With 100% of the votes, the Congress officially passed the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Resolution identifies general goals, 18 main groups of targets by 2030; 8 key tasks; 3 strategic breakthroughs and 4 major groups of solutions.
The Congress also approved the Review Report of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, along with reports synthesizing public opinions and delegates giving comments on the draft document submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
In his closing speech, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: The results of the Congress demonstrate the will, aspirations and high political determination of the entire Party Committee, people and army of Dak Lak province.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Trung called on cadres, party members and people in the province to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactiveness, creativity, unity, overcoming difficulties, making Dak Lak develop quickly, sustainably, civilly and rich in identity; contributing worthily to the revolutionary cause of the Party and people in the new era.
