Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized the requirement to innovate leadership, direction, and administration methods on a digital platform.

On July 27, in Hanoi, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies worked with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP), according to VNA.

Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies chaired the Conference.

Concluding the Conference, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness, and decisiveness of the Party Committee, leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the entire People's Procuracy sector in organizing the implementation of assigned tasks.

Orienting some key tasks, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested the Standing Committee of the Party Committee to lead the good implementation of the functions and tasks of the People's Procuracy sector, especially the timely and effective implementation of Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW of the Politburo. Continue to improve the quality of exercising the right to prosecution and supervising judicial activities.

The People's Procuracy sector needs to continue to promote its role in building and perfecting institutions, considering this as a key, regular task and one of the breakthroughs of the sector; strengthen practical summaries, theoretical research, promptly detect difficulties and obstacles, and propose to improve mechanisms and policies to ensure a unified, synchronous, and feasible legal system, meeting the requirements of judicial reform and national development in the new period, contributing to building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state.

Emphasizing the requirement to continue to effectively organize the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat proposed innovating leadership, direction, and administration methods on a digital platform; taking data as the foundation, innovating management, direction, administration, and professional activities as the focus.

Focus on building, completing, and standardizing databases; promoting digitization of dossiers, connecting, sharing and interlinking data between levels of procuracy and with procedural agencies and relevant agencies, contributing to the formation of a modern and synchronous digital justice system. Ensuring absolute information security and safety, meeting the requirements of modernizing the justice system and building an administration serving the people.

Speaking to receive directing opinions, Mr. Nguyen Huy Tien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy - affirmed that the directing opinions of the Standing Committee of the Secretariat both show recognition and encouragement, and are major orientations of important significance for Party building, industry building, and the performance of functions and tasks of the Supreme People's Procuracy in the new period. This is an important basis for the entire industry to continue to innovate thinking, improve the quality and efficiency of work, and meet the requirements of judicial reform and building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam.

Opening of the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) and the criminal case management platform of the People's Procuracy sector

At the Conference, the Supreme People's Procuracy inaugurated the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) and the criminal case management platform of the People's Procuracy sector.

Through the IOC, for the first time, data on the exercise of prosecution power, supervision of judicial activities, case management, organization of personnel and evaluation of personnel work (KPI), emulation, finance and other management fields are integrated, standardized and centrally exploited.

The successful deployment of the Unified Criminal Case Management System throughout the industry is a milestone in the digital transformation process of the People's Procuracy sector. The system has formed a large-scale centralized database on criminal cases, creating conditions for management throughout the life cycle of cases; strictly controlling procedural time limits; reducing dependence on paper files and manual management methods; gradually forming data-based supervision methods.
