On the morning of June 30, at the Ninh Binh bridge, representatives of the Central Organizing Committee announced and presented the Politburo's Decisions on the establishment of the new Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee after merging Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, and Nam Dinh provinces to name Ninh Binh province.
Accordingly, the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term consists of 100 people, Mr. Truong Quoc Huy - Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee (old) was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the new Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee.
At the ceremony, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung presented the Central Decision to appoint the new position of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Secretary to comrade Truong Quoc Huy. Comrade Truong Quoc Huy is the Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee (old).
The Head of the Central Organizing Committee also presented the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the appointment of the Head of the Delegation and Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Binh province.
The representative of the Central Organizing Committee also presented the Resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the appointment of Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, and Heads of Committees of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council. Mr. Le Quoc Chinh - Chairman of the People's Council of Nam Dinh province (old) was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the new Ninh Binh Provincial People's Council.
At the same time, the leaders of the Central Organizing Committee also presented the Prime Minister's Decision on appointing the new Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Chairman of the old Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the new Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee.
