On February 18, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the arrangement of the apparatus of agencies, Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee and personnel work.
The Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to end the activities of 13 Party organizations including: Provincial People's Council Party Delegation; Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Delegation; Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; Provincial Labor Federation Party Delegation; Provincial Women's Union Party Delegation; Provincial Farmers' Association Party Delegation; Provincial Veterans' Association Party Delegation; Provincial Literature - Arts Association Party Delegation; Provincial People's Court Party Committee; Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee; Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee; Provincial Agencies Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to establish the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Agencies; the Party Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee; merged the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.
The decision appoints the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, the Party Inspection Committee, the Chairman, Deputy Chairman of the Party Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term; appoints Mr. Ho Thanh Son - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Party Secretary.
The decision appoints the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, the Party Inspection Committee, the Chairman, and the Deputy Chairman of the Party Inspection Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term; appoints Mr. Vo Tan Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Party Secretary.
Decision to transfer party organizations and party members under the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and the Party Committee of the Provincial Enterprises to the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies and the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province.
The decision to retire early for Mr. Pham Xuan Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Ms. Pham Thi Kim Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; Mr. Pham Tan Linh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
Decision to appoint Mr. Cao Tien Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; appoint the Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committees including: Nguyen Thi Hong Trang, Nguyen Thi Ven.
The decision to transfer Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee to work at the Provincial People's Committee, to perform the duties of full-time Deputy Secretary of the Provincial People's Committee's Party Committee; transfer Mr. Le Triet Nhu Vu and Doan Thi Thu Thu Thuy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies to work at the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Thanh Liem - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Enterprise sector to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee and appointed him to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Van said that, together with the whole country, Dong Nai province has focused on leading and directing the implementation of the work of streamlining the apparatus of the political system. The implementation process is very urgent, active, and serious according to the motto "running and lining up at the same time", "The Central does not wait for the locality, the province does not wait for the district, the district does not wait for the grassroots" with a methodical, scientific, and democratic approach.
Secretary of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Vu Hong Van said that the arrangement of organizations is not simply a change in organizational structure but also has a profound meaning in streamlining the apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operations, maximizing human resources, creating favorable conditions for cadres to promote their capacity and working strengths, especially in innovating the Party's leadership methods, ensuring consistency and unity in performing tasks.
