Accordingly, in 2025, strive for 100% of administrative procedures under the authority of local authorities in the province to be announced and implemented according to the one-stop, one-stop mechanism that can be implemented regardless of administrative boundaries within the province; 100% of eligible public services are reviewed and restructured electronic processes to build and provide online public services.
In addition, 100% of administrative procedures are not eligible for the construction of a full online public service (only a partial online public service or a direct application receipt process) must be reviewed and restructured electronically; 100% of administrative procedures related to enterprises are carried out online, smoothly, seamlessly, effectively, ensuring transparency, minimizing paperwork; 100% of information, documents, and documents in administrative procedures related to production and business activities are only provided once to state administrative agencies...
