Mr. Dung came to survey the actual operations of the Phong My Commune Public Administration Service Center. This commune was established on the basis of merging 2 communes: Phong My and Gao Giong. Here, Mr. Dung visited officials and civil servants on the situation of receiving and handling administrative procedures for people when operating local government at 2 levels from July 1 to present.
The delegation worked with the Standing Committee of the Phong My Commune Party Committee on the operation of the commune's political system. According to the report, the operation of the new Phong My commune is guaranteed to be timely and synchronous, the organization and staff work is strictly guaranteed to be in accordance with regulations; basic facilities meet the requirements of the set tasks; cadres and civil servants work with peace of mind, promptly grasp and be proactive in performing assigned tasks.
To date, Phong My Commune Public Administration Service Center has received 129 dossiers (119 dossiers have been processed).

Regarding Party building work, Mr. Tran Van Dung suggested that the Standing Committee of Phong My Commune Party Committee review and evaluate the task of organizing Party facilities to prepare for Party Congresses at all levels; pay attention to admitting Party members, prepare draft documents for the Commune Party Congress early, focusing on socio-economic development targets, and needing to put the commune in a new development space.
