On April 1, Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to award the Third-class Independence Medal to Mr. Le Kim Toan - former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Head of the Binh Dinh Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
At the ceremony, authorized by the President, Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee - awarded the Third-class Independence Medal to Mr. Le Kim Toan to recognize his contributions throughout his work process.
Speaking at the ceremony, Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary Thai Dai Ngoc sent congratulations and expressed his deep gratitude to Mr. Le Kim Toan. At the same time, he acknowledged, praised and sincerely thanked his great and responsible contributions to the cause of building and developing the province.
According to the Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, over 40 years of work, 35 years in the ranks of the Party, Mr. Le Kim Toan has always maintained revolutionary ethical qualities, scientific, democratic, and approachable working style; promoted the spirit of pioneering, exemplary, receptive, listening to and respecting the opinions of comrades, colleagues and the People.
In particular, during the time holding the positions of Deputy Secretary, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the former Binh Dinh Provincial National Assembly Delegation (from July 2014 to the end of June 2025), Mr. Le Kim Toan and the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee directed the implementation and successful implementation of the goals and tasks set out by the Resolution of the Old Binh Dinh Provincial Party Congress through various terms.
Gia Lai Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that in the common achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of the province through various periods, there is an important contribution, enthusiasm, responsibility and clear mark of Mr. Le Kim Toan.
At the ceremony, Mr. Le Kim Toan expressed his gratitude for the recognition of the Party and State when awarding the noble prize. He affirmed that he will continue to contribute within his ability, contributing to the successful implementation of the task of building and protecting the Fatherland and socio-economic development of the province in the coming time.
