Son La Police Director joins the Provincial Party Standing Committee

On December 18, the Standing Committee of Son La Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

At the conference, the leaders of the Son La Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 1753-QDNS/TW dated December 12 of the Party Central Committee, appointing the Director of Son La Provincial Police Dang Trong Cuong to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Son La Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Quoc Khanh requested comrade Dang Trong Cuong to promote his assigned role, responsibilities and tasks, and work together to build the Son La Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to become increasingly clean, strong, united and unified.

Together with the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police Department, direct the police force of the whole province to synchronously deploy the work of firmly ensuring national security, maintaining social order and safety in the area, contributing to effectively serving the task of socio-economic development of Son La province.

Previously, on November 6, at the Son La Provincial Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the Minister of Public Security's Decision on personnel work. At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leader of the Personnel Organization Department announced the Minister of Public Security's decision to transfer Colonel Dang Trong Cuong, Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department, to take up the position of Director of the Son La Provincial Police Department.
