Accordingly, Mr. Vo Hong Tam (Cuong Chinh village, Muong Hung commune, Song Ma district) requested to review the First Instance Civil Judgment No. 15 dated July 22, 1992 of the Song Ma District People's Court on the divorce case between the plaintiff Mr. Pham Dinh Chu and Ms. Tran Thi Toan, because the settlement of the case did not ensure compliance with legal regulations.
At the same time, request to provide Civil Judgment No. 15 of Song Ma District People's Court. Request to direct the settlement of the contents of the citizen's petition, including Official Dispatch No. 2394 dated August 1, 2023 of the Supreme People's Procuracy's investigation agency on the transfer of the citizen's petition.
Ms. Dam Thi Tuoi (Group 4, Quyet Tam Ward, Son La City) requested the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to inform about the results of handling citizens' complaints and to have a direct dialogue with relevant members to clarify the handling of complaints.
Ms. Pham Thi Khanh (Nha Nghi sub-area, Moc Chau Farm town) requested to confront the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Inspector to clarify the contents related to the Conclusion Notice No. 69/KL-UBND dated September 27, 2024 of the Son La Provincial People's Committee; requested to dialogue with the Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to clarify the contents related to the settlement of citizens' complaints.
At the citizen reception, representatives of relevant units responded to citizens' petitions and clarified outstanding issues in resolving petitions.
After listening to the specific presentation of each case, the Provincial Party Secretary requested citizens to coordinate with relevant authorities in resolving the content of the denunciation, and at the same time comply with legal regulations.
At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee is assigned to direct the Provincial People's Committee to urge competent agencies to consider and resolve citizens' petitions, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of citizens. The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee monitors and urges the implementation of the conclusion notices.
