On December 31, the Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on appointing Major General Nguyen Tien Trung - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - to participate in the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the term 2025-2030.
Previously, on December 22, the Central Executive Committee of the Party issued Decision No. 2588-QDNS/TW, appointing Major General Nguyen Tien Trung - Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police - to participate in the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for the term 2025-2030.
Giving flowers to congratulate and assign tasks, Mr. Quan Minh Cuong - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Ninh province - wished Major General Nguyen Tien Trung to continue to promote the tradition of the Provincial Police, together with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee to focus on leading, directing, and mobilizing the combined strength of the entire political system to comprehensively complete the goals and targets set out by the XVI Congress of the 2025-2030 term.
Major General Nguyen Tien Trung, born in 1978, native of Ky Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province, was transferred by the Ministry of Public Security to hold the position of Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police from November 21, 2025.
Previously, Major General Nguyen Tien Trung was Director of Lang Son Provincial Police.
