In Soc Son commune, the Organizing Committee announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on the appointment of the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and key positions for the 2025-2030 term.
Accordingly, Mr. Bui Duy Cuong - Secretary of the Soc Son District Party Committee - was appointed to hold the position of Party Secretary, and is also Chairman of the People's Council of Soc Son commune.
Mr. Vuong Nguyen Minh - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Soc Son District Party Committee - holds the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Soc Son Commune Party Committee.
Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Vice Chairman of Soc Son District People's Committee - holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Soc Son Commune People's Committee.
In Noi Bai commune, similar decisions have also been announced. Mr. Nguyen Nam Ha - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Soc Son District Party Committee was assigned to hold the position of Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Noi Bai commune.
Ms. Vi Thi Binh Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Soc Son District will take on the role of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee. Mr. Ho Viet Hung - Vice Chairman of Soc Son District People's Committee holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Noi Bai Commune People's Committee.
Immediately after the decision-making ceremony, Secretary of the Noi Bai Commune Party Committee Nguyen Nam Ha directly presented the decision to recognize the members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Noi Bai Commune.
In Kim Anh commune, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong also presented decisions on personnel work under the direction of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
Mr. Do Xuan Huan - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Soc Son District Party Committee was appointed as Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Kim Anh Commune.
Mr. Trinh Hoang Long is currently the Secretary of the Quang Tien Commune Party Committee, assigned to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Kim Anh Commune Party Committee. Mr. Do Minh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Soc Son District People's Committee holds the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Kim Anh Commune People's Committee.
At the announcement ceremony, the new Secretary of the Kim Anh Commune Party Committee, Do Xuan Huan, also presented decisions to recognize members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune.
The completion of the leadership apparatus in the three communes mentioned above is part of the roadmap for organizing and rearranging commune-level administrative units in the capital, contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the grassroots government, serving people better and better in the new development stage.
