On the afternoon of August 21, the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to announce the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work at the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee.
At the conference, authorized by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the City Party Committee Ha Minh Hai presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on transferring Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong (born in 1979) - Deputy Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the City Party Committee to work in Thanh Xuan Ward, appointed him to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
2 days before that, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee decided to transfer and assign Ms. Bui Huyen Mai (born in 1975) to stop participating in the Party Executive Committee, stop holding the position of Secretary of the Thanh Xuan Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; to work at the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, hold the position of Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City for the 2024-2029 term.
On August 18, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh signed and issued Decision No. 4284/QD-UBND on the transfer and appointment of the position of Director of the Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board.
According to the Decision, Mr. Tran Dinh Cuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghia Do Ward for the 2021-2026 term, was transferred and appointed to work at the Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board, holding the position of Director of the Hanoi Civil Works Construction Investment Project Management Board.
On August 18, the 1st Congress of the Viet Hung Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030, held an official session, with the participation of 248 delegates, representing 6,094 party members in the entire Party Committee.
The Congress announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on appointing ward personnel. Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of Viet Hung Ward, term I, 2025 - 2030, consists of 25 comrades.
Mr. Duong Hoai Nam - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of the old Long Bien District - was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Viet Hung Ward, term 2025-2030.
At the 1st Bo De Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the Congress Presidium announced the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on appointing personnel for the Bo De Ward Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term and appointing delegates to attend the 18th Hanoi City Party Congress.
Accordingly, the Executive Committee of the Bo De Ward Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030, consists of 24 comrades. Ms. Vu Thi Thanh was appointed to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Bo De Ward, term 2025-2030.
