On the afternoon of November 15, Cam Giang District Party Committee, Hai Duong Province held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work. Mr. Ngo Quang Giap - Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary chaired the conference.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Cam Giang District Party Committee appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Thom - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee in charge of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department to hold the position of Head of the Cam Giang District Party Committee's Propaganda Department from November 15.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thom - Member of the Standing Committee, new Head of the Propaganda Department of Cam Giang District Party Committee, born in 1973 in Hoang Gia village, Cam Vu commune, Cam Giang district, is a cadre with basic training, professional qualifications from Hanoi Pedagogical University, majoring in Literature, Master of Economic Management; advanced level of Political Theory.
With 27 years of working in agencies in the district's political system, including more than 10 years working in public service units; nearly 17 years working in specialized agencies advising and assisting the District Party Committee, Mr. Thom has always completed well and excellently the assigned tasks.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Ngo Quang Giap - Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Cam Giang District Party Committee requested that Mr. Nguyen Van Thom, in his new position, continue to promote his professional capacity, strengths, and experience to continue to perform well in his new role.
