The 1st Hai Phong City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, has the following tasks: Summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term based on the content of the resolutions of the Party Committees before the merger; determining the goals, directions, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term. Discuss and contribute opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.
