Speed up the issuance of inspection conclusions, especially inspections assigned by the Steering Committee and the Prime Minister; increase publicity, transparency, improve discipline, administrative discipline, and public ethics in inspection activities.
Regarding citizen reception and complaint and denunciation settlement, the Government Inspector General requested the leaders of the Government Inspectorate and units, especially the three Departments, to focus most on implementing the Conclusion of General Secretary To Lam on resolving cases of prolonged complaints and denunciations that have exceeded the central level.
Previously, in March, the Government Inspectorate conducted 22 inspections, of which 3 were issued inspection conclusions; 7 inspections were preparing to issue conclusions; 6 inspections are preparing reports and draft inspection conclusions; 6 are being directly inspected.
Regarding citizen reception, petition handling and complaint and denunciation settlement, in March 2025, the Central Citizen reception Office received 310 visits with 791 citizens coming to present 308 cases, with 26 large groups with a total of 441 citizens coming to present 26 cases.
