Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc has just signed Decision No. 2451/QD-TTg dated November 7, 2025 of the Prime Minister to provide emergency financial support to the provinces of Quang Ngai, Gia Lai and Dak Lak to overcome the consequences of storm No. 13.

According to the decision, support 80 billion VND from the central budget reserve in 2025 for 3 localities to overcome the damage caused by floods and soon stabilize people's lives after floods as proposed by the Ministry of Finance in Document No. 17321/BTC-NSNN dated November 7, 2025.

Of which: Quang Ngai province 20 billion VND, Gia Lai province 30 billion VND and Dak Lak province 30 billion VND. The Ministry of Finance is responsible for the contents, data reported and proposals and recommendations, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

The People's Committees of the provinces are responsible for managing and using the above additional funds, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the law on the state budget and other relevant legal documents, ensuring the right purpose of use, the right subjects, publicity, transparency, no loss or negativity.

Report the results of use to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and relevant agencies to synthesize and report to the Prime Minister.
