According to the assignment, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Duc Hinh is the general leader, responsible for operating all activities of the Provincial People's Committee, directing and supervising all activities of the Provincial People's Committee, and coordinating work between specialized agencies.
At the same time, directly direct the Provincial Military Command, Provincial Police, ensure security and order, prevent terrorism; decide on investments, state budget and allocate financial resources of the province; manage the organization of the apparatus, manage cadres, and build the government.
Along with that, direct the administrative procedure reform program, improve the working efficiency of state agencies; build relationships with the Central Government, other provinces and cities and international cooperation.
Directing departments including the Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Home Affairs, Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Justice.
Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Toan will act on behalf of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to coordinate general work when the Chairman is absent. Directing public health care programs, health insurance, social protection; developing the education system, improving the quality of teaching and vocational training.
In the fields of culture, sports, tourism, promoting tourism, preserving cultural heritage, developing sports, reviewing and monitoring the progress of projects using private capital and directing departments including the Department of Health, Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Chuong is assigned to supervise infrastructure construction projects, urban planning, strategic orientation of communication, information technology development in the province; attract domestic and foreign investment capital into potential fields and direct departments including the Department of Construction, Department of Education and Training, Department of Information and Communications.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Cong Su was assigned to direct the construction of new rural areas, application of technology in agricultural production, pollution control, sustainable development, protection of natural resources; ensure the rights of ethnic minorities, and develop support policies for remote areas.
In addition, assigned to direct departments including the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Science and Technology, and Ethnic Minorities Committee.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Quach Tat Liem is responsible for directing financial policies, attracting investment in industrial parks and economic zones; managing the development of road systems, public transport, logistics infrastructure; building policies on land use, forest protection, and environmental pollution treatment.
