At the meeting, the People's Council of Hoa Binh province implemented the process of introducing personnel and elected the title of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Session XVII, term 2021-2026 for Ms. Bui Thi Minh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, representative of the People's Council The XVII provincial province has a vote of 53/53, reaching 100%.
