The international press conference to announce the Draft Documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party to collect public opinions was organized by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee in coordination with relevant agencies.
Attending the press conference were: Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee Lai Xuan Mon;
Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office Lam Thi Phuong Thanh;
Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee Nguyen Quang Duong;
Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh;
Former member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, Permanent Deputy Head of the 14th Congress Documents Editorial Team Ta Ngoc Tan.
The draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress to collect comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, people's organizations, cadres, party members and people include:
- Draft Political Report of the 13th Party Central Committee at the 14th Party Congress;
- Draft Action Program of the Party Central Committee to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party (attached with the Political Report);
- Appendix 4: Assessing 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030;
- Appendix 5: Regarding the summary of Party building work for the 13th Congress term and the direction, tasks, and solutions for Party building work for the 14th Congress term;
- Draft Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented innovation in the past 40 years in Vietnam;
- Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025) and proposing and orienting the addition and amendment of the Party Charter.
The collection of comments from National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, people's unions, cadres, party members and people in draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress aims to gather and promote the intelligence and mastery of the people to participate in contributing to the Party in shaping important guidelines, policies and decisions of the country, contributing to improving the quality of draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; consolidating and fostering the people's trust in the Party, making the Party's will in harmony with the people's hearts.
Through the announcement, discussion, and consultation of National Assembly deputies, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, people's organizations, cadres, party members, and people in the Draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress, it contributes to creating a high unity in awareness, action, and determination in the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to successfully implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The time to collect public comments is from October 15 to November 15, 2025.
