Ha Tinh Newspaper (after the merger) is a public service unit under the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, with legal status, seal, and account opening at the State Treasury and Bank according to the provisions of law; headquartered at 22 Phan Dinh Phung, Ha Tinh City, branch 2 at 223 Nguyen Huy Tu, Ha Tinh City. Ha Tinh Newspaper officially came into operation from April 1, 2025.
Ha Tinh Newspaper operates according to a unified model, with FM frequency channels at 97.8 Mhz, HTTV television, Ha Tinh electronic Newspaper (https://baohatinh.vn/) and Ha Tinh daily print newspaper, Ha Tinh weekend print newspaper.
