On August 6, according to information from the Office of the Hue City People's Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong has just directed the development of a plan to organize training and testing for commune-level civil servants in the area.
The Department of Home Affairs is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to review and assess the current status of the commune-level civil service team. The assessment will focus on criteria such as professional qualifications, capacity to perform public duties, suitability for job positions, etc.
According to the People's Committee of Hue City, the results of the survey will be an important basis for arranging and rearranging the team of commune-level civil servants in the direction of streamlining and efficiency, while serving the implementation of the roadmap for streamlining the payroll according to current regulations. The Department of Home Affairs must complete the report and proposal before August 8.
This plan is implemented in the context that Hue City has officially operated the 2-level government model for more than a month. According to the preliminary assessment, the new model operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently.
Currently, the whole city has publicized 2,307 administrative procedures, completed the connection to the National Public Service Portal, and approved 100% of electronic processes for procedures under its authority.
