Van Don District Party Committee; 13. Co To District Party Committee.
According to the above Decision, the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee assigned the above-mentioned district-level Party Committees, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Office and relevant Party Committees, agencies and organizations according to their functions and tasks to coordinate in guiding and implementing the transfer and reception of Party organizations and Party members, arranging and assigning cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, working headquarters, assets, finance, records, documents, seals and other issues according to regulations.
According to the project to reorganize commune-level administrative units and not organize district-level government, Quang Ninh has 54 commune-level administrative units, including 2 special zones, Van Don and Co To.
