On October 1, information from Van Ban Commune Police said that the unit had just received a request from Nam Xe Commune Police to support the search for 3 people on a missing pickup truck.
Accordingly, at around 7:30 a.m. on September 29, Mr. Hoang Van Dinh (born in 1988, manager of Tu Tren - Nam Xe Hydropower Plant) was driving a Nissan Navara pickup truck with coffee color license plate 24A-348.02, moving in the direction of Nam Xe - Van Ban.

On the bus were Mr. Hoang Duc Giang (born in 1990, residing in Van Ban commune) and Mr. Phung Van Tuan (born in 1980, residing in Tu Ha village, Nam Xe commune). Up to now, all 3 people have not been able to contact him.
After reviewing the camera system, the authorities determined that at about 7:56 a.m. on September 29, this vehicle passed through National Highway 279, the gas station section of Minh Luong commune.
Notably, at around 8:00 a.m. the same day, in Pom Khen village (Minh Luong commune), a serious landslide occurred, burying about 100m of road, with an estimated volume of rock and soil of about 1,000m3, most likely related to the missing incident.

Van Ban Commune Police are coordinating with functional forces and local authorities to urgently deploy the search work, and at the same time widely disseminate notices.
If people have information or images related to the 3 citizens and the above vehicles, please immediately provide them to Van Ban Commune Police to serve the rescue work.
