On the afternoon of October 1, An Giang province held a launching ceremony to ensure security and order (ANTT), strengthening patrolling and controlling to serve the 1st An Giang Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Ho Van Mung, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Congress Security and Order Protection Subcommittee attended and chaired the launching ceremony.
The launching ceremony was attended by officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police, the Provincial Military Command, the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Rach Gia Ward Police, and the Rach Gia Ward Military Command.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Van Han, Director of An Giang Provincial Police, requested that forces continue to promote their core role, closely coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to synchronously deploy solutions to prevent and suppress crime. Strengthen patrolling, controlling, ambushing, and administrative inspection, ensuring absolute security and order before, during, and after the Congress.
Coordinate with all levels and sectors to promote propaganda and mobilize people to actively participate in the peak period. Mobilizing social resources to support disadvantaged households, thereby contributing to preventing crimes from the root, absolutely protecting the security and safety of the Congress early and from afar, resolutely not being passive or surprised.
Units strengthen the fight against street crimes, maintaining a peaceful and happy life for the people.
Launching a peak period of attacking and suppressing crime is an important political task. Thereby, it aims to propagate and raise awareness and responsibility of sectors, levels and people to participate in ensuring security and order.
