On November 19, the Inspection Committee of An Duong District Party Committee (Hai Phong City) announced that it had just held a regular meeting in November 2024 to consider disciplining party members who violated the law in the area. Mr. Pham Hai Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the District Party Committee chaired the meeting with the participation of leaders of the Standing Committee, the Organizing Committee, the Inspection Committee of the District Party Committee; and the Chief Inspector of the district.
Accordingly, at the meeting, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and proposed disciplinary action against five party members of the Central College of Transport II Party Committee and the Le Loi Commune Party Committee.
According to the report of the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee, 4 party members of the Party Committee of the Central College of Transport II, including Mr. Hoang Duc Phuong, Party Committee member, Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Center for Training and Testing of Road Motor Vehicle Drivers; and Mr. and Mrs. Trinh Hoang Huy, Dinh Cong Lich, Nguyen Thi Thuy, party members of the Party Cell of the Center for Training and Testing of Road Motor Vehicle Drivers, violated the law and were prosecuted and temporarily detained by the City Police Investigation Agency for the act of "Abusing position and power to appropriate property" under the provisions of Article 355 of the Penal Code; party member Nguyen Thi Nhung of the Le Loi Commune Party Committee was prosecuted by the Le Chan District Police Investigation Agency for the act of "Theft of property" under Clause 1, Article 173 of the Penal Code and was subject to a measure of being prohibited from leaving her place of residence.
The above-mentioned Party members violated Party regulations and State laws in performing their assigned duties and tasks; violated the Regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization, agency and work unit to the extent that disciplinary action must be considered and taken.
Pursuant to the regulations on inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; considering the nature, level, cause and harm of the violations, the Inspection Committee of An Duong District Party Committee decided to discipline by expelling from the Party the following: Trinh Hoang Huy, Dinh Cong Lich, Nguyen Thi Thuy of the Party Committee of the Central College of Transport II and Nguyen Thi Nhung, a Party member of the Party Committee of Le Loi Commune; at the same time, report to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to discipline Mr. Hoang Duc Phuong, Party Committee member, Party Cell Secretary, Director of the Center for Training and Testing of Road Motor Vehicle Drivers.
