Re-appointing Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Health

    Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen was reappointed by the Prime Minister to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Health.

    On November 18, the Government Office announced that Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 1418/QD-TTg to re-appoint Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Health.

    The decision takes effect from December 9, 2024.

    Mr. Do Xuan Tuyen was born in 1966, graduated from the Military Medical Academy. He has held the positions of Director of Hung Yen City Medical Center; Chairman of Hung Yen City People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Head of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department.

    In June 2016, he was elected by the Party Executive Committee of Hung Yen province as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, then elected by the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term.

    In December 2019, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Health.
