On March 4, in Hanoi, Party Central Committee member and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan worked with the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment on the Committee's key tasks from now until the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly and until the end of 2025.
At the meeting, Chairman of the Committee for Science, Technology and Environment Le Quang Huy said that in addition to the regularly assigned tasks, the Standing Committee of the Committee is also assigned to organize the implementation of the tasks of the Central Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation to implement Resolution No. 57- NQ/TW.
Regarding the work of law-making, according to the assignment of the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Committee reviewed, accepted and revised 5 draft laws submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at the 9th Session; reviewed 4 draft laws submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee for consideration and comments at the 3rd and 4th Sessions of 2025; submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and comments at the 9th Session.
Regarding the implementation of a number of tasks until the end of 2025, the Standing Committee of the Committee will continue to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to absorb and explain 4 draft laws to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and approval at the 10th Session...

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Le Minh Hoan acknowledged that the draft laws reviewed by the Committee, which helped the National Assembly Standing Committee absorb, revise, and complete to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and approval, were all of high quality and achieved a high approval rate.
The Committee has also actively contributed to giving opinions on many draft laws and many other reports; actively conducted the Committee's thematic supervision and surveyed the implementation of the National Assembly's Resolutions.
In particular, the Committee has promptly implemented activities to bring Resolution 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation into life soon.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly suggested that the Committee promote the spirit of solidarity and scientific thinking, continue to innovate methods and approaches to carry out assigned tasks.
