Before the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly, the Ministry of Home Affairs received the opinions of the Delegation of the National Assembly of Ha Tĩnh Province.
According to that, the voters of Ha Tĩnh Province proposed amending the Ordinance on War Veterans of the National Assembly Standing Committee in 2005 in the direction of supplementing the regulation on issuing health insurance cards for all members of the War Veterans Association.
Regarding this content, the Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a document responding to the voters of Ha Tĩnh Province, posted on the Ministry of Home Affairs' Electronic Information Portal, as follows:
In 2016, the Ministry of Home Affairs led and coordinated with the Vietnam War Veterans Association and relevant agencies to research, build, and submit to the Government the Decree No. 157/2016/NĐ-CP dated November 24, 2016, amending and supplementing Decree No. 150/2006/NĐ-CP dated December 12, 2006, regulating and guiding the implementation of some articles of the Ordinance on War Veterans, which has resolved the difficulties and inadequacies in the implementation process.
