On the afternoon of November 20, the 16th Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress of Nghe An province elected Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh to continue to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2025-2030 term; elected 8 Vice Chairmen; elected 119 members (invalid 1); elected 18 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates to attend the National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2026-2031 term.
In Ha Tinh, on the morning of November 18, the Provincial People's Council elected Mr. Phan Thien Dinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - to hold the position of Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, elected Mr. Duong Tat Thang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission - to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
