Disciplinary warning for former Deputy Director of Dak Nong Department of Planning and Investment
On May 21, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee informed about the results of the 50th session.
The Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission has disciplined Mr. Nguyen Duong - Party member of the Dak Nong Department of Finance Office Party Cell, former Deputy Director of the Dak Nong Department of Planning and Investment.
According to the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duong violated and had shortcomings in advising the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee to decide to approve investment policies for wind power projects that were not in accordance with regulations.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee pointed out that Mr. Nguyen Duong had shortcomings in his incorrect, incomplete, and dishonest declaration and transparency of assets and income, violating regulations on corruption prevention and control and negativity.
Considering the nature and extent of the violation, the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee has taken disciplinary action with a warning against Mr. Nguyen Duong.
According to Decision 506/QD-UBND, dated April 11, 2025 of the Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duong retired and enjoyed insurance benefits from May 1, 2025.

On May 19, Mr. Trang Cong Cuong - Chairman of the People's Committee of An Phu district (An Giang province) - said that the locality had just taken disciplinary action against Mr. V.T.D - Principal of A Quoc Thai Primary School.
This is the next move of the An Phu District People's Committee after Mr. D. was disciplined by the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee and warned on the Party side.
Previously, the Inspection Committee of An Phu District Party Committee determined that Mr. D. had sent messages of emotional harassment to many female teachers working at the school, most of whom were family members.
