On July 17, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, after reviewing the proposal of the Central Inspection Committee on disciplining party members who violated. The Politburo found:
Mr. Do Duc Duy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Government Party Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Minister of Agriculture and Environment during his tenure as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; violated the principle of democratic centralism, working regulations; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, bad public opinion, reducing the prestige of the Party organization and the agency or unit at work.
During her tenure as a member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister of Health, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tien degraded in political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks, in preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and greatly affecting the reputation of the Party organization and the agency or unit.
Based on the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violation; according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Politburo decided to discipline Mr. Do Duc Duy with a Warning and submit to the Party Central Committee for consideration and disciplinary action against Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Tien according to its authority.
Propose that competent authorities promptly enforce administrative discipline in line with party discipline.
