On February 20, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee announced the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
The decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to appoint 6 new department director positions will take effect from March 1.
According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Van Gia was appointed as Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Hoang Sy Bich held the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Ms. Vo Thi Hao held the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
Ms. Pham Thi Tuong Van is the Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Ton Thien San is the Director of the Department of Finance; Ms. Cil Bri was appointed as Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions.
Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee also announced the decision to appoint 24 deputy directors of the departments: Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Science and Technology, Home Affairs, Finance, Ethnicity and Religion.
Previously, on February 18, the People's Council of Lam Dong province, term X, 2021 - 2026, held its 22nd session to pass a resolution to establish 6 new departments.
These departments were established on the basis of merging and restructuring existing departments, in order to optimize the State management apparatus.
