On the afternoon of September 23, at the Department of Industry and Trade, the People's Committee of Lang Son province held a conference to announce the Decision on the transfer and appointment of Deputy Directors of the Department.
At the conference, Decision No. 2069/QD-UBND dated September 21, 2025 was announced, transferring and appointing comrade Hoang Khanh Duy, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade from September 25, 2025, with a term of appointment of 5 years.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Mr. Hoang Khanh Duy thanked the trust and confidence of the provincial leaders; at the same time, he pledged to preserve moral qualities, promote the spirit of solidarity, strive to overcome difficulties, and successfully complete all tasks.
On the same day, the Department of Science and Technology of Lang Son province also held a conference to announce the Decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Bui Duc Trung, Deputy Director of the Public Administration Service Center, Provincial People's Committee Office, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology from September 25, 2025, for a term of 5 years.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Duong Xuan Huyen - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his confidence that Mr. Bui Duc Trung will uphold the spirit of responsibility, solidarity with the collective of the Department of Science and Technology, promote capacity and efficiency.
He also suggested that the Department's leaders quickly assign tasks, creating conditions to help the new Deputy Director soon approach the work.
