Prime Minister appoints members of the Board of Directors of the Bank for Social Policies

The Prime Minister appointed Mr. Y Vinh Tour - Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions to concurrently hold the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank.

On September 20, the Government Office announced that Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc signed Decision No. 2107/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister appointing Mr. Y Vinh tor - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions and holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Bank for Social Policies.

According to the decision, Mr. Y Vinh thor concurrently holds the position of Member of the Board of Directors of the Social Policy Bank, replacing Mr. Hau A Lenh who has been assigned other work.

Mr. Hau A Lenh is currently holding the position of Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee.

The term of appointment of Mr. Y Vinh Tour is 5 years. The decision takes effect from September 19, 2025.

Mr. Y Vinh Tour was born on August 16, 1976; hometown: Dak Lak Province. Position: Member of the Party Central Committee: 13th tenure (invalid); Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions (from March 2025). Political theory qualification: Senior. Professional qualifications: Master of Public Administration, Forestry Engineer.
