On the morning of May 19, on the occasion of the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1990 - May 19, 2025), the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province held a ceremony to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Kim Lien Special National Monument (Nam Dan district).
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of provincial and district departments and branches of Nam Dan.

At President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Hall, the delegates respectfully offered flowers, incense, commemorating the great merits of the Party and the Genius of the Party and the people of Vietnam, the eminent international communist soldier dedicated to the revolutionary cause, for national independence and happiness of the people.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always had deep affection and thoughtful instructions for the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An. Uncle Ho's letters and talks to his hometown are always a great source of encouragement, fostering the spirit of solidarity and the will to rise up.
In the sacred moment, the delegates expressed their deep gratitude and desire to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style forever; determined to build Nghe An into a prosperous province of the whole country as He wished.
