According to VNA, within the framework of the State visit to Mongolia, on the afternoon of September 30, right after the talks, General Secretary and President To Lam and Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh witnessed the signing ceremony of cooperation documents between ministries, branches and agencies of Vietnam and Mongolia.

The signed documents include:

Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Legal Field between the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice and Interior of Mongolia.

Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam and the Ministry of Transport of Mongolia.

Memorandum of understanding on tourism cooperation between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam and the Ministry of Culture, Sports, Tourism and Youth of Mongolia.

Cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice and Interior of Mongolia on cyber security and crime prevention.

Memorandum of Understanding on strengthening friendly and cooperative relations between the Hanoi City Government and the Ulan Bator City Government.

Memorandum of Cooperation between the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology and the Mongolian Academy of Sciences.

Memorandum of Cooperation between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and Mongolian University of Science and Technology.

The State visit to Mongolia by General Secretary and President To Lam aims to continue affirming the foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, multilateralization, diversification, proactiveness and active, comprehensive and extensive international integration, while also demonstrating the high regard of the Party and State of Vietnam for the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Mongolia, expressing the desire to promote relations with Mongolia in depth, substance, and effectiveness, in accordance with the new situation.
