This session will pass 18 Resolutions, including 7 Resolutions related to the establishment of specialized departments under the People's Committee of Lao Cai province.
Specifically including: Resolution to establish the Department of Home Affairs on the basis of merging the Department of Home Affairs with the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.
Resolution to establish the Department of Finance on the basis of merging the Department of Finance with the Department of Planning and Investment.
Resolution to establish the Department of Science and Technology on the basis of merging the Department of Science and Technology with the Department of Information and Communications.
Resolution to establish the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the basis of merging the Department of Culture and Sports with the Department of Tourism.
Resolution to establish the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions on the basis of the Ethnic Minorities Committee receiving additional functions, tasks, and organization of the state management apparatus on religion from the Department of Home Affairs.
Resolution to establish the Department of Construction on the basis of merging the Department of Construction with the Department of Transport.
Resolution to establish the Department of Agriculture and Environment on the basis of merging the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
